You will be given incredible opportunities throughout the two year course. Visit LFCTV, gain work experience at The Anfield Wrap, and master your skills by covering training sessions and matchday experiences at our academy.

To offer the best learning environment and exclusive opportunities, places are limited to 20 students per academic year. 

This course is located at Wyncote Sports Ground in South Liverpool. Students will be in an environment where learning is central, whether it be in the classroom or gaining practical experience in a podcasting studio or during a training session.

An expert and dedicated team.

Tom Muscatelli, Tutor

Tom has over ten years experience of teaching Media both within schools and sixth forms in Liverpool, and most recently with ourselves. Tom facilitates some of the incredible experiences our students receive such as tours abroad and visits to broadcasters such as LFCTV.

Tom produces one of Liverpool’s leading podcasts and is an expert on podcast creation, editing, and promotion. He will lead on practical sessions that involves capturing content at training sessions and match days and has a fantastic ability to build strong relationships with students.

Matt Jones, Tutor

Matt’s experience is as vast as it is impressive. Alongside tutoring our students, he is a broadcaster and commentator for TalkSPORT, IMG, and Burnley F.C. Women’s team. Matt has published two books on his beloved Tranmere Rovers, and also writes for TNT Sport and Flash Score.

Matt will often welcome students to his classroom on a Monday morning and discuss the Premier League footballer he interviewed for one of the many media companies he works with. Matt focuses on journalism, broadcasting, and written work with students.

Located off Mather Avenue in South Liverpool, you will be at the heart of the academy and have seamless access to players and coaches.

Students leave the course equipped with a vast knowledge of the football media industry and will understand how to use an array of equipment from editing software to DSLR cameras.

Funded international trips and tours.

Students have covered tours in the USA, Greece, Finland and Spain. During these tours, students become an integral part of the team.

James C

James has taken every opportunity the course has offered him, leading to James launching a freelance career in Football and Sports Media.

James now creates content using techniques learned on our course for multiple clients, his excellent interview skills are put to good use. He has already travelled to Finland and Spain, along with being able to leave his part-time job to focus on content creation.

Grace M

Grace has seen significant development since joining through the support offered to her by our tutors and professional network.

Grace is naturally comfortable in front of the camera, but she has developed other skills which now sees her creating websites for clients, capturing content in Miami, hosting multiple events and even interviewing footballers such as Adam Lallana.
